Hi everyone! :)..Today I want to continue what i said about last entry about Biz Driven Techno.Okeyyy..What is competitive advantages that must the organization create to survive and thrive??For me it is very easy,your product must be different with others company product's with that have greater value which mean in term of quality,price and others.Lets say that your company is a first mover advantage so you can raise the price of your products because only your company have the product..So it is the benefit to and advantage to your organization! ;)...The three common tools are used to analyze and develop competitive advantages which is :

 THE FIVE FORCES MODEL-EVALUATING BIZ SEGMENTS

This Five Forces Model includes buyer power,supplier power,threat of substitute products or services,threat of new entrants and rivalry among existing competitors.  

Buyer power is assessed by analyzing the ability of buyers to directly impact the price they are willing to pay for an item.For example if buyer power is high they can force a company and its competitors to compete on price which it can make the price is go down.To reduce buyer power,the company must create a competitive advantage that is loyalty program.It is to reward customer base don the amount of biz that they do.

What is the switching cost??The best example is switching doc is difficult becoz new doc will not have the patient's history and the relationship with the patient.So,to describe what is the switching cost it is costs that can make customer reluctant to switch to another product or service.:)

Supplier power is the ability of the suppliers to directly impact the price they are charging for supplies includes the materials,employees and services..If supplier power is high the supplier can directly influence industry by charging higher price,limit quality or services and shifting costs to industry participants.When supplier power is high,buyers loss revenue becoz they cannot pass on the raw material price increases to their customers..

Threats of substitute products or services is high when there are many alternatives to a product or service and low when there are few alternatives from which to choose.For example,there are many substitute products in the airlines industry,apple products and etc...

Threat of new entrants is high when it is easy for new competitors to enter a market and lower when there are significant entry barriers to entering a market...For example a new bank must offer its customers an array of IT-enable services..

THE THREE GENERIC STRATEGIES-CREATING A BIZ FOCUS

BROAD COST LEADERSHIP-big segmentation..the product is focus to all consumer whether their salary is high or low for example the convenience goods.

DIFFERENTIATION-the company target at sentence segmentation..They are always target to the customer that have high income to buy their product.The company also produce the product in the small quantities to maintain their quality of product for example like BMW,AUDI,BUGATTI car's and etc...

FOCUSED STRATEGY-the company focus at the niche market in the broad market itself.It can make the company use the high cost or lower cost.For example,in the past KFC only target to the adults to buy their products which is fast food.Now they increase their production with also focus to the child segment becoz they know the child will influence their parents to buy the fast food.So,they use the strategy to expand their biz.

VALUE CHAIN ANALYSIS-TARGETTING BIZ PROCESSES

Value Creation-a biz process is a standardized set of activities that accomplish a specific task,such as processing a customer's order...Value chain approach views an organization as a series of processes,each of hich adds value to the product or service for each customer.

I think this is the entry that is not understood by most people .. haha...Tq guys!! tadaaaa :(

 

The Beginning of IT

Today I want to share a little of the information and knowledge that I get in MGT300 which is Biz Driven Techno..Actually I made this blog just because of this subject..ttthee..In chapter one i learn about the role of IT in biz,the impact of IT on biz operation,basics of IT,data,info and biz intelligence,IT resources and IT culture..

Why we need study IT?What do you to think readers?For me it is very important because as a student I need IT in my life to do everything..IT is also everywhere in biz.We need to understand that IT provide great insight to anyone that learn biz.In magazine articles for example always discuss about database,customer relationship,security and others.So that we can know about IT because it is everywhere.

As known,technology that be use in IT is to manage and process information.It is encompass many aspects of computing and technology.IT is very useful when it come as strength for the talent people but when it comes to me it become horror..hahaha..It is not difficult for experts in IT, but we must have courage to explore about that..

 the power of eye,the power of information technology..ecececehhh.. :)

MIS is also important which mean Management Information System that is general name for the business function and academic discipline.In MIS it is very important to understand bout data,information and biz intelligence.

DATA-it is raw facts that describe the characteristics of the event like date of sale,item num n so on.

INFORMATION-data that convert into meaningful and useful context like best selling item n etc.

BIZ INTELLIGENCE-it is applications and techno that are used to gather,provide,access and analysis data and information to support decision making effort..What a great thing of biz intelligence,it helps the companies gain the greater comprehensive benefit okeyyyy..:)

And the last,there is four cultures that always practice in the organization that are information functional culture,information sharing culture,information inquiring culture and information discovering culture.I think I make a note here -,-"..Very simple and easy for me to understand..wuhoooo! :)

Hari ni nak up satu cite yg bole membuatkan adrenalin bergoncang hebat..fuhh! yeye je aku ni..haha..Nak cite hari tu aku dengan membe aku ni dapat anugerah dekan untuk sem lepas punye..Alhamdulillah :)..So,kiteorg bertige pegi la kat Dewan Taming Sari tu tumpang membe..Sampai-sampai sane nak kene daftar dulu then dia kasi makan..Tapi dapat makan ciput je sebab dah kene halau masuk dewan cepat2 :( ..Before ni buat kat hotel tapi takpelaa,bersyukur jela mane yang ada kann..hee..Masuk-masuk tu tunggu punye la lame sampai kebas punggung okeyyy! -,-..Aku dengan senior kat sebelah sembang dari satu topik ke satu topik sampai la kebosanan tahap maximum rase macam tak boleh dikawal dahh..Tak lame tu baru Datok Mizan datang then berucap-ucap sume..

Dah sampai nak amik sijil tu kat atas pentas aku mule la menggelabah sebab aku orang first..Orang first untuk fakulti insuran la sebab name aku mule huruf A kan..Tu pun aku nak cite kat blog ni -,-..Nak seyum macam iklas tak ikhlas,macam terlebih gula pun ade..haha..Tapi aku belasah jela..Dah amik tu nak duduk kene pusing satu dewan pulak..Sungguh tak paham -,-..Tapi baju pengacara madam Mai cantik mase majlis tu..tetibe je..-_-".. haha..Lepas tunggu punye tunggu nak dekat pukul 2 baru habis okeyy..800 lebih yang dapat..Ramai betul...Aku dah rase penat duduk nak berdiri je kan dewan tu sesuke hati aku..hehe..

Dah habis majlis tu bermulalah sesi bergambar tak berhenti-henti..Memang la kan dewan tu untuk budak insuran je kan..Kiteorang je bising tangkap gambar..Orang lain tangkap gambar senyap je..hahaha..

Sebenarnye anugerah ni memang seratus peratus la untuk family aku..SPM aku dulu hancur,so aku harap bile kat diploma ni aku dapat la tebus balik walaupun tak same..Cume nak ma dan apok aku hepi-hepi tengok anak diaorang yang sorang ni :)

ni la orang yang sangat-sangat membantu aku start aku dari sem 2..terima kasih NIA!Cume tak paham kenape muke dia time ni macam orang sakit baru kuar dari hospital..haha..

ni dengan membe2 yang banyak membantu dalam pelajaran..NIA,ANA n KARTIKA..K.ika overrrrr je senyum.. -,-'

Aquaria KLCC !!!!

Sebenarnya dah lame nak update pasal ni tapi tak terbuat-buat pon..Biase la..Life student tersangatlah bizi nye -,-"..Ari tu sebenanye aku baru je pergi aquaria ni..Tak tau la ape mimpinye tapi aku dengan kawan aku ni teringin sangat nak pegi..Dah macam bebudak pulak..haha...Aku last pegi Aquaria ni asenye dalam form 4 form 5...Gila lame la dah xpergi...Time dulu ak pergi tu jakun sikit la sebab first time kan..HAHA..Tapi pergi untuk kali ni pun jakun jugak sebenanye..ttthehehe...Bile kawan ajak pegi situ,aku rase macam best jugak la sebab dah lame tak pegi kan..

mule-mule masuk aku terus tangkap gambor dengan haiwan ni..*sopan sangat rasenye bile gune ayat haiwan..buahahaha..

tgok belakang tuuuu..ce teke ce teke ikan apekah ituu??wuuu..itulah PIRANHA 3DD yang telah ditayangkan di pawagam..haha..

Aku mule-mule masuk mmg nampak ikan ni la..Pastu terus terkinja-kinja mengalahkan budak sekolah nak tangkap gambor..HAHA..Aku tengok ikan ni macam comey je,tak nampak pun gigi taring dia macam vampire tu..Semue bergerak ikut kumpulan..Tengok gambor pon dah bole tau sebab diaorang ni duduk sekelompok jee..Tapi info untuk pirana ni memang dia tunjuk la gigi sebenanye yang tajam macam pisau tu -,-'..Lepastu dapat pegang gamat,tapak sulaiman,belangkas dan anak ikan yu..Orang yang jage kat situ cakap nak tau belangkas jantan betine tengok kegemokkan nye..Kalau yang besar tu maksudnye betine,yang kecik jantan....Ohhhhh,sungguh mendiskriminasikan jantina dari manusia sampai la ke haiwan -,-'...Pegang bapak anak ikan yu tu pun aku teruje..Kalah budak sebelah aku..Dia tengok aku kecik besar kecik besar jee sebab aku tue gedabak ni eksited lebih..hahaha...

Lepastu ade la tangkap gambar sikit-sikit sebab macam kenangan la kan..lame sangat tak pegi nye kan..

ni albino ape tah..tak ingat daku..tapi nak tangkap gambar die ni punye la susa..berkejar-kejar..gaye dah nak main aci kejar dengan aku....

sayelah si tudung penyet bersame ikan garuda..muehehehe

ini time orang tu tengah kasi makan kat ikan tuuuu....aku tengok dia kasi ikan kecik kot tak silap..siap wat peace lagi kat kiteorang yang tengok tu..Haha

ni bersame ular di luar rumah kaca..kalau ular ni terkeluar macam cite harry porter tu aku la orang pertame lari keluar..haha

Okeyyyyyy...tengah-tengah juling mate tengok ikan,tetibe muncul due-due ni lalu terus la kawan aku tangkap gambar..YA ALLAH!Memang rase mase tu cantik sangat penyu tuu..Dah a tersangat-sangat la besarnye!Yang ikan tu pun same..Memang besar amat la sangat..Rase nak berenang masuk dalam tu,belai-belai ikan-ikan yang ade pastu balik rumah dengan selamber jee;)...

Ni mase nak balik...Aku rase macam cantik je bile tangkap gambar bersame patung di bawah cahaye purnama bulan...hahaha...

Bile dah penat berjalan tu perut pun mule la meminta diisikan..Merayu-rayu supaya ianya tak meragam..Disebabkan dah lapor sangat,aku ngan kawan pegi jela kat foodcourt atas makan sampai tersandar kekenyangan...habis rejim diet ku! -,-'

inilah kawannye yang pergi dengan aku tadi..sempat tangkap gambor janggut dan ke bawah je sebab tak sampai sesaat nasik serta lauk pauk dah habis..kompem makan tak bace doa die ni...HAHAHA

Sebenarnya ade satu lagi yang paling best kat dalam aquaria tuu selain dari tengok ikan dan tangkap gambar yang penuh muke aku je..Tengah-tengah jalan pastu nampak macam ade kartunis lukis-lukis la muke kan..So cadang nak wat la gambar karikatur nye buat kenangan la kononnye..Tapi sembang dengan abang pelukis tu pun nak dekat setengah jam..Punyela ramah dengan kiteorang siap sembang pasal skandal dia lagi..Layankan jelaa..Tapi ramah-ramah pun xdapat gak murah sikit harge lukisannye..-,-"

Ni le gambarnye...Sukeww tangaat-tangaatttt kiteww melihatnye..!Terpeleot lidah aku sebuat bahase budak sekarang..hahaha...Yang laki same pulak tapi yang pompuan nape tak same????!Macam yang cun lebih kepade gambar original...EH?? HAHAHA

Hari Pedas !!

selepas nak dekat 2 minggu duduk rumah sewe ni baru hari ni kiteorang masak-masak sebab nak makan dan perut sudah berdondang sayang lagu ulek mayang akibat kelaparan yang amat-,-'...lepas mandi start la godang-godang dapur pikir nak masak ape bende kan..aku ni dah la perempuan melayu sejati..nak masak pun tak brape nak power..kat rumah aku makan je reti..hahaha..sebelum ni beli jee..lepas ni dah masuk kelas betul-betul tak boleh la asyik nak membeli je..kopak la duit macam ni..duit ptptn nak gune beli itu ini lagi..memang betul-betul kene berjimat sejak duduk luar ni..dulu sem 1 sampai sem 4 uitm sponsor duduk dalam kolej lagi tak ape la bersenang lenang nak gune semua lebih dari limit..api air semue..sekarang memang tak la kannn..hehe...

so,pikir punye pikir aku dengan membe aku pikir masak telur masak sambal je..telur masak sambal je ponnn..tapi biasela,ak even mende-mende kecik pon mudah terexcited..haha..telur masak sambal,ayam goreng,sayur cmpur+telur...berpeluh aku masak telur sambal takut tak sedap..haha..tapi bukan aku masak sorang la..membe aku tolong jugak masak telur ni..dah masak tu tibe-tibe tengok macam pekat sangat dan pedas tahap giga kelapan!ah sudah..semue tidak mempedulikan lagi sebab perut suda buat tarian zapin...

tengah makan tibe-tibe dengar bunyi sroooot!sroootttt!....pandang sebelah tengok kawan dah menahan pedas ya amat..gelak jela yang aku mampu..hahaha..lebih kurang macam ni laa gambaran kawan aku..

 

hahaha..memang pedas betul!aku tengok balik pun tak sangke macam mane aku bole habiskan telur tu..doa-doa la supaya perut aku tak sakit..muehehe..*gelak sopan..nak letak gambar-gambar masak tadi terlupe pulak sebab tak ingat ape dah..ingat makan je..lagi pun tak kan nak makan pakai tudung..kiteorang gegerl je pun duduk kat rumah ni..hehe...ape pun aku memang bersemangat nak belajar masak semenjak dua tiga lapan menjak ni..adakah aku bakal menjadi suri rumah sepenuh masa?????!!!

hari ni teringin pulak nak update pasal kawen awal..kawen mude??kawen awal??same je kan..hehe..umur dah 20 tahun ni asyik pikir pasal kawen jee...nape ey?mungkin hormon aku dah berubah kott..haha..tetibe teringat kawan auk baru je kawen ari tuu..mude lagi tuu..dah la laki umor 20 tahun..kalo pikir logik msti org cakap 'eh,dh stabil ke nk tanggung anak dara org?', 'biar betul dia ni ' n macam2 lagi la..tapi kalau seru dah sampai,jodoh xkemane jugak kan:)..

so,bile dah mmbe skola nak kawen msti la kiteorg geng-geng sekolah ni semangat sangat-sangat nak datang sebab dia org first kawin dalam batch ak..cam jakun je..haha*nak memeriahkn majlis sebenanye ni..so plan baik punye dgn kawan pling baik punye..atika ashri yg semangat nye pon lebih kurg cm ak..

ni gaye macam dia plak yang nk kawennye -,-

seminggu dua nak pegi dah kenduri nye tetibe budak kecik ni kol..'cawi,xboleh pegi laa..ade exam plak time 2'..*kawan-kawan semue panggil cawi sebab sambungan aisyah shafawi..haha..okeyyy,sambung balik..sedihnye la aku :(..dah la exam dia xbole postpone..suke hati aku je nak suruh dia postpone kan..haha..gaye mcm aku pon dah malas la nak pegi kan..pastu teringat sorang lagi membe FATIN SYAQIRIN yg mmg nak pegi..so helo-helo jadi la pegi ngn dia kenduri tu..ak siap tido lagi uma dia..over uuu! haha..

pagi tu bersiap bagai nak rak la kononnye kan..nk pegi kenduri kawen je pon -,-"..kiteorg berdua sampai lambat sikit la dari membe lain..diaorg siap tido hotel lagi..haha..sampai-sampai je depan pintu umah, CAWI!!!!!!!!!!!CEPAT TANGKAP GAMBAR!!!

so,inilah hasilnye..macam senyum pakse dan tersepit di situ..tengok,cikgu-cikgu pon datang!rindu sangat kat diorang ni sebenanye:)..*FATIN SYAQIRIN yg hijau kat belakang 2..hehe

lepas tu masuk umah tengok lagi ramai membe kat dalam dan mule la sesi bergambar dari start sampai sampai la nak balik..perempuan dari sejak azali mmg macam tu..dalam toilet pon bergambar -.-'..dapat share mane yang ade jela..hehe

ak letak rapat-rapat je gamba dyorg ni sebab time ni aku xsampai lagi..haha...sampai ati xtunggu ak nak tangkap gambo..sobsss2 :(

rase macam tinggi sangat sampai kene tunduk..haha..dari kiri anom,fatin,timah n kanan sekali ehemm2,aku laa..haha

okeyyyyyyy! ni gambo ct kecik k..haha...suke betul dy gambo ni sebab nampak tinggi..muehehe

ngan anom...naper la ramai orang cakap muke kiteorang same??sungguh xfaham..-,-'..yang pasti due-due cun..eh? haha

ni sebahagian bebudak laki..naper gemok ey diaorang ni?? haha..sampai sekarang aku tak paham kenape bile dah masuk uni bebudak laki jadi gemok..hahaha

okeyyyy...banyak betul letak gambar aku dengan kawan-kawan je kan..mane la pulak pengantin nye..haha..bole letak pengantin laki punye gambor je,pengantin gegerl xbole disebabkan sebab-sebab yang tertentu..hahaha..punye banyak la sebabnye kan..haha...JENG3!!

ni lah pengantinnnye!!kiteorg panggil dy muqlis jerr...dah kawen dah pon dy ni..muke ade ciri-ciri suami soleh ni..cewaahhh!haha..semoga ko bahagie muqlis :)

banyak lagi gambar-gambarnye tapi tak terlalu pulak nak di letakkan kat entry ni..kang penuh dengan gambar je..haha..anyway,happy gilerr sebab dapat jumpe balik membe-membe lama mase sekolah dulu..serius tak sangke dah ade yang kawin..Dulu mase sekolah teka-teka la sape yang tamatkan mase bujang paling awal,akhirnye ade jugak yang kawin dulu..hehe..so,sampai nak tunggu petang tu kiteorang borak-borak,tangkap2 gambar sume...Petang tu family fatin amik kiteorang pastu berenti satu tempat jap sebab ade hal..aku ngan fatin tak ade keje jadi kiteorang wat la bende-bende merepek ni..

kali nengok gambo ni mesti aku guling sorang-sorang..hahaha...pelik-pelik jela kiteorang pon -,-

pengalaman yang sangat-sangat seronok bile tengok kawan kawin..walaupun tak de la kamceng sesangat tapi rase fun la pegi wedding dy ni...:)..sebelum nak blah,ade satu lagi gamba rase nak lempang diri sendiri laju-laju untuk dikongsi..
