Assalamualaikum n hoyeehhhhh! :)

Today i want to continue about this IT topic which is strategic initiatives..What i know bout this topic is there are involve supply chain management,customer relationship mgt,biz process reengineering n entreprise resource planning..

Supply chain management is involve the mgt of info flows between n among stages in supply chain to max total supply chain effectiveness n profitability.So what i understand is when the company has reached a max level effectiveness about the product so that they have the productivity..Cost of the product is also low n can save time of customer..Example for buy a topup for handpon we must go to shop and it takes time but know there is many choice to buy it through ATM, internet and others..This supply chain involve 4 basic component which is strategy,partners,operations and logistic.For strategy its about planning how the product can meet demand of the customer..Partners is bout raw material, services,merchandise for supplier,operation is the schedule of production  activities and logistic is about delivery processes  and elemets.

CRM..What is CRM??It is all about customer relationship management.It involve manage all aspect of customer relationship.For me to increase customer loyalty and retention and also to increase organizational profit is how the organizational deal with their customer.If the customer satisfy with the product for example of the company so it will increase the profit of the company indirectly. :)

•  Function for this CRM are

                                          -->identify type of the customer first
                                          -->design individuals customer through marketing campaign
                                          -->treat each customer as an individuals
                                          -->understand customer buying behavior


Biz process is standardize set of activities that accomplish specific task such as processing's customer order.Biz process reengineering is analysis and redesign of workflow within and between enterprise.Purpose BPR is to make all biz process the best in class!!! ;)..Its like in a process it has sub of processes.Example like MCD..When the customer order at counter and get the food they must buy at there..There is 7 principals of BPR that are :

• organize around outcomes,not task
• identify all the organizations processes and prioritize them in order of redesign urgency
• integrate info processes work into real work that produces the info
• treat geographical dispersed resources as though they were centralized
• link parallel activities in the workflow instead of just integrating their result
• put the decision point where the work is performed and build control into the process
• capture info once and at the source

Enterprise resource planning is they integrates all dept functions throughout an organizations into a asingle IT system so that employees can make decisions by viewing enterprise wide info on all biz operations.Its mean we collect all the data and put all the info in the organization..Simple like that :)..Its very important to know its keyword which is enterprise...Hop u guys and understand what i try to say :)

Nasib tak Menyebelahi :(

Assalamualaikum n hoyeeehhh..

Sekarang kan demam olimpik so aku nak la jugak cerite cerite berkaitan sport ni kan..hehe..Semalam tengok Datok Lee Chong Wei lawan Lin Dan wooo...Kemain eksaited lagi aku nak menulis pasal badminton kan,mule-mule perenggan terus cite pasal olimpik..hahaha..Ni kalo DLCW menang ni memang dapat laa emas 4juta yang dijanjikan..Untung le badan kalo menang *terdetik di hatiku..Buahahaha...Lepas buke puase kat luar cepat-cepat semayang terus tercongok depan tv dengan telekungnye tak tanggal semate-mate nak tengok diaorang ni berlawan..Isyhisyhisyh.....Tyme tengah tengok tu membe aku cakap kalo menang dapat eskrem baskin robin,kalo kalah makan cekodok pisang dengan robin hood -,-'...Bedal la labuuu....

First round, DLCW menang meloncat la aku ibarat baby yang comey..eh..HAHAHA..

Sementara tunggu azan isyak tengok la pulak utk second round punye..Doa punye lah banyak ni,harap-harap menang la kann..kehkehkeh!Aku tengok khusyuk sungguh rase tak nak berkelip je mate ni...Tapi untuk second round agak mengecewekan sikit sebab kita kalah dengan LD yang poyo -,-...Habis je tu terus solat sambung balik..Marathon sungguh..Hehehe..


Sambung tengok third round...Tyme ni memang gile-gile la si DLCW and LD ni main..Beze memang tak banyak aku tengok..Sorang dapat satu sorang kejar..Dah macam main aci kejar police entry je aku tengok -,-..Sekali tengok DLCW lead berape tah aku tak ingat..hehe..Tapi malangnye LD dapat kejar DLCW dan menang!!!!!!!!!!!ARGHHHHH! LD dengan kepoyoannye membuke baju dan nampak segale urat ketiaknye..Pastu pakai balik baju tu pastu tanggal balik...Kesian tengok DLCW sebab terus terduduk..Nangis DLCW mase amik hadiah :(...Pastu aku pun emosi macam nak nangis jugakk..Pastu umah ni tak habis-habis membahan aku and tak kesah pun LD menang..Memang takde semangat 1Malaysia Janji Ditepati sungguh...tetttttttttttt! hahaha..Pastu punyela banyak pastu aku guneee : D


Kita kalah satu pingat emas brooo :(..Tu jela pun harapan nak menang...Sedihnye laa...sroootsroootsrooot *lap hingus pekat...Tapi apepun sangat bangge dengan DLCW! Die main mati-matian kott cume nasib tak menyebelahi kite...Takpelah,LD menang luck je semate-mate tuuu..Hampa tapi atleast dapat pingat perak okeylahhh tuu..:)


Lepas kalah terus bukak buku study,eceyhh konon je aku ni..Tak sampai sejam aku bukak buku terus aku bukak fesbuk..Alahai,punyela iman tak kuat,fesbuk jugak aku utamekan..hahaha..Dalam mase yang same aku bersyukur jugak DLCW ni tak menang..Kalo menang Rosmah janji nak peluk dy...Peluk DLCW??!Motippp nye la nak peluk DLCW ni kalo dy menang...Tak memasal je nak peluk-peluk budak tuu.....Nasib kalah...HAHAHAHA...
